I came across a feature in Adobe Acrobat that allows to read image and track the text on the image. If that feture can be intigrated in the Photoshop then it will provide ease and comfort to the users to work more efficiently on the designs.
Since image reading feature is developed by adobe itself then I think, integrate it to Photoshop won't be a bigger challenge but can make big difference.
