Photoshop is too Heavy

Since the updates my Photoshop has gone from about 4 GB to 9 GB's.  I assume it's from all this Generative tools features (Which frankly is theft: if you want to use people's art for training AI you should be PAYING them).  I'd really much rather opt out of these features in Photoshop if it mean it takes up less ram.  I can't even use basic brushes in Photoshop w/o my computer freezing now!  I even downgraded to an older version but it's still 9 GB!  Someone help me out here!

Hi @William32334878z2c1 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data. That will give us a better sense of your setup and how to address properly.
