Photoshop: Make CTRL + I affecting also shapes and text elements. / better color management

I do a lot of web page layouts with Photoshop. Sometimes i'm in the situation where I actually need to change the colors of some of the layers to inverse. It is really disturbing to open the color selector multiple times for all of the layers and click the colors, or pasting the HEX. I would just like to press "CTRL + I" to inverse colors of all the selected layers.

Also I would like paste, or drag and drop the colors straightly into a shape layer from swatches without opening the color selector tool.
