Photoshop Mobile: Offset function

When will the offset function be available on the iPad Photoshop app. Otherwise this is of no value to me.

Please provide the Offset Filter. This is a necessary filter for creating tileable textures.

The offset filter is an absolute must for tiling patterns or textures.
its the only filter that is missing for me.
