"Could not use the move tool because..." modal to accept (close/dismiss) with ESC key

Please, make the modals with OK and Learn More buttons also availabe to close/dismiss with ESC key.

The need to press ENTER to dismiss the modal window is very annoying, and to be true, i've never used the Learn More button, as I do know why no layer is selected - i have missed it with cursor and ctrl click (clicked on locked background). Pressing the esc key is usually faster and logical.
