Redesign dialogs to make them smaller and take up less space

Time for a redesign of Photoshop User Interface. Windows are too big and take up too much screen real estate. Some can't be resized... Even on a 24" iMac M1, styles window for example, is too big and has too much wasted blank space...

Just a quick decrease in size of a, still, badly designed window...

Hi! I am wondering if they are not sized that way for localization. That said, the checkboxes could move to the left to allow more space for text.
