Request: Ability to limit zoom percentage

Over-detailing a common issue among artists and designers who habitually zoom in too much while working in Photoshop. It'd be great if we could cap zoom at percentages of our choosing.

The zoom level is clearly indicated on the title bar and in the lower left corner. It's pretty hard to miss.

The practical way to deal with this is to hit ctrl+1, which goes directly to 100%, one physical screen pixel for one image pixel.
