Scroll bar and dead space in curves adjustment Mac

There's a big area of deadspace in the curves adjustment layer properties panel on mac, meaning you have to scroll around.

It's been there for so long, and it's driving me crazy.

I guess it depends on how you have your screen set up. It doesn't bother me and I never noticed it before. If you have your properties panel open all the time and large enough, you shouldn't have to scroll at all.
