Hi there, I'm trying to use the 3D workspace in Photoshop and at first glance, it works fine when I try to make an object 3D, however the moment I try to edit it somehow, the entire thing goes corrupt and makes the entire software stop working properly. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the software from my Cloud various times and even install a previous version in hopes that would work but still nothing.

Of course, reaching someone on Adobe via phone or chat is near impossible as I've been trying to get ahold of someone for more than 2 days now, not sure what else I can do. Please help!

There have been recent changes in the GPU operations when OpenGL is being phased out for Metal and DirectX 12.  You can try:

Resetting Preferences:

reset prefs 2020.png

Deactivating the Native Canvas under Preferences > Technology Preview. or

rolling back to Ps 2021 v22.3 or 22.2
