Actions are failing

I'm using CS 6. I wrote this action and have been using it successfully in a batch operation for several weeks, suddenly now I'm getting "Command Not Available" on every step in the action. I haven't changed anything, it just suddenly stopped working. Any help is appreciated.

To help isolate the issue, does the action work on the same images without using Batch?
