You have two graphics cards. Photoshop can only utilize one at a time which is causing the conflict.

Less is more 🙂 Thanks! A problem solved, I still have problems but with AMD because I can not open AMD Radeon Settings Lite to select high performance AMD Pro Settings (attached pic) works but at least now I know in which direction I have to work.
