After new Update: Cannot save to web and an error accours.

Hi and greetings,
i´m just updating to the nwe PS Version and finaly I try to save a picture to web (legacy)...
But it doens´t work anymore, got an error message: ERROR- The operation could not be completed.

Normal save, or fast export still working.
I don´t know what to do... has anybody a hint or an idea for me? (I use PS on a PC with win10)
