All my settings reset back to default on their own

When I turned on my pc today I realized all my Adobe apps went back to fresh instllation. All settings are reset. Recent documents are forgotten. Keyboard shortcuts forgotten. How do I fix this?

It sound like your user ID Photoshop Application data was lost so Photoshop setup Your User ID a new set of  user Application data for Photoshop containing Adobe defaults.   If you has a backup your system you may be able to recover your old photoshop user id application data from your backup.
