Atalhos Photoshop

Boa noite, por favor, alguém poderia me ajudar?
Estou com um problema no meu Photoshop 2021.
Ele é registrado, pago uma assinatura mensal pelo pacote.
Quando estou editando alguma imagem ou fazendo algum flyer, vira e mexe os meus atalhos param de funcionar no Photoshop, até mesmo uma escrita simples não funcina.
Tenho que toda vez desligar e ligar o Photoshop para voltar a funcionar.

Por favor, se possível, me ajudem a resolver esse problema, pois isso está prejudicando muito meu fluxo de trabalho.

Try resetting the tools and/or preferences.
To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
Note: Using the keyboard shortcut, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also be reset to default.
