Latest version of Photoshop 22 (and recent update of previous version) caused my saved brushes to lose their default (saved) colors. When opening PS all of the colors were set to white. Re-importing fixes, but rather annoying.
See attached - saved folders of brushes, the version "2" re-imported has the correct default colors, e.g. dark grey for pencils, black for masking. Above is the same set, where the default color is set to white.

Hi. Did you create those Brushes including the color?

Yes. You can see they have colours associated in the lower (suffix 2) folder. The colours are there when I use the import from saved on my hard drive. When opening photoshop, the brushes panel seems to have forgotten the include colour.

This problem happens with tools created in CS6 originally. When imported, the brushes take on the foreground color. Newly-created brushes in CC do retain their set color if saved.
