Bonjour, 

J'ai un soucis, depuis ce matin, impossible de lire mes fichiers sur photoshop.

J'ai un écran écran vert qui s'affiche à la place des mes visuels.

J'ai desintallé puis ré-installé photoshop…mais rien y fait

Avez-vous une solution ?

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarted Photoshop to see if it helps

I have exactly the same problem since this afternoon. I have been using photoshop for many years and  never had anything like that. The problem goes away when I zoom out.It's very strange...

Hello,

openning is dark.

Bonjour encore, peut-on avoir plus d'infos sur votre configuration.

Une autre chose à essayer: désactiver l'acceleration GPU dans Préférences/Performance.

 

Sinon, dans https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html

 

"Vous risquez de rencontrer une erreur avec un écran vert lorsque Photoshop est en cours d’exécution et que vous changez de résolution d’écran (associez ou supprimez le deuxième moniteur d’une autre résolution)."

Pour remédier à ce problème, effectuez l’une des opérations suivantes :

  • Cliquez sur le point vert dans la fenêtre du document ou de l’application pour redimensionner la fenêtre en fonction de l’écran actuel.
  • Quittez/redémarrez Photoshop.
  • Accédez à Préférences > Aperçus de technologie et activez Désactiver la zone de travail native. Redémarrez Photoshop.
