Photoshop can open but everytime I try and open a project within Photoshop it won't open and says "Could not complete your request because of a program error.". I've restarted my PC 3 times, Uninstalled and Reinstalled, Rollback an update, etc... and its still not opening. I have a project due on Tuesday and I need to make adjustments so any help would be great thanks!
