Can't export my images

Suddenly I can't export my images with save as anymore. It's annoying as hell but I find a solution using export as. GREAT! Now when I try to export a png with transparent background photoshop is cropping my images and there is no way of disabling it. What the hell adobe?? I found your people suggesting putting a 1% opacity pixel in every corner to avoid cropping. They must be kidding because this software is expensive as hell and an "industry standard". What are you doing adobe? Why are you litteraly taking away key features with every release??

Oh and also it freezes randomly for a few minutes and NO it's not a problem with ram usage or any other piece of hardware in my computer.
