Can't find the shape builder tool

Hello, I bought Ps some days ago but I can't find the shape builder tool.
I have tried googeling it but can't find anything, please help 🙂

The Shape Builder tool is in Adobe Illustrator. It has never been part of Photoshop.

The closest feature in Photoshop is the shape combination menu in the options bar when a shape tool is selected.
