I am signed in to my account on my iPad, but when I open Photoshop I show none of my creative cloud files. I saved a recent Photoshop file that will not appear on my iPad when I try to open the file

I figured out the problem. I recently upgraded to version 21 of Photoshop
on my desktop, and there is, in fact, a difference between cloud documents
and the creative cloud folder Adobe originally had. After files were saved
to cloud documents, my files were synced.

Hi!

Have you tried signing out and then signing back in again? Another thing you might try is to sign out and then back in on your desktop computer and then try your iPad again.

Let us know if that helps?

Michelle

that doesn’t seem to work. It seems that Cloud documents, and the creative
cloud folder, or two different things and I can only access the first
through the iPad. I have an entire folder of numerous files in the creative
cloud folder but my iPad cannot seem to access those

Hi! I just found this and thought it might be helpful. Here is a link to keep your eyes on in relationship to the bugs they've fixed for the iPad:

For me: I had to open the document on my computer that was in Creative cloud files and then save it specifically to cloud documents in the "Save as" window.

I'm struggling with this issue now. I don't have access to my computer (it will take a few days until I have it again), and I wanted to work on some documents on my iPad. So now, I just can't access anything that's on the cloud. Is there a way to at least update the files to the most recent version without access to the desktop version of Photoshop?

When I first saw Adobe cloud syncing I got excited, but I should have known they'd make it more complicated than it needs to be. If you're a Mac user, just using iCloud to sync everything is far easier as the stuff that I drop in my Cloud folders actually shows up in my Cloud folders.

The way it works now, there's "Adobe Cloud" and "Adobe Cloud Documents". Creating a folder or adding content to Creative Cloud Files on desktop doesn't then make it show up in Photoshop on your other devices WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF CLOUD SAVING.
