I've made manual preset on photoshop, after that i am trying to open that preset i get blue color photo like negative image. I am confused what to do.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) and whatever dialogs apply visible?
How exactly did you create the Look Up?
