Looks like nvoglv64.dll is related to the Nvidia GPU driver, have you tried re-installing the GPU driver from the Nvidia website, what GPU model do you currently have

Yeah I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times. GPU is a 3090.

You using the Studio driver or the "Game Ready" driver? (My guess is it's the latter, based on my analysis.) Try the Studio driver.

Ok installed Studio driver and was using Photoshop for a little while and it crashed again. Heres the message
