Crashing ??????

Since the update everytime i open a new document it crashes and can only save work in tiff ?? getting very annoying paying for something i can't use ??

What computer, OS, RAM, graphics card, video RAM, HD space

So i usually get a notification on updates but for some reason this time i didn't but after a driver update and restart,the latest download appeared and on updating the problem is resolved ,so sry for the rant but everything is running fine thanks 🙂

This happens to me. but i figure that opening so many files at once could cause photoshop to crash.

Same question - how many files and your computer specs? What size are the files you are opening.

Depending on your HD space, Scratch disk, GPU, CPU, RAM - anything can make an impact.
