Quando vou tentar usar o pincel, em vez de ficar preto onde coloco, fica cinza, e tenho que clicar 3 vezes em cima para ficar da cor que coloquei.

When I'm going to try to use the brush, instead of turning black where I put it, it turns gray, and I have to click 3 times on top to get the color I put.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Brush Settings, Options Bar, …) visible?

What are the Brush’s Opacity and Flow? Is any Pressure Sensitivity active?

I am afraid that is owed to the nature of the brush – a circle of 1px diameter does not directly equal one solid pixel.

Maybe you should switch to the Pencil Tool at those small diameters.
