What video card are you using?

Do you have more than GPU? i.e. are you using a laptop with a more powerful GPU for things likee games, and a lower powered GPU for saving battery like an integrated Intel HD ***

What version of Photoshop are you using?

What operating system?

Is this a new install? i.e. Has the GPU been able to activate previously and has now developed this problem?

The more information you provide, the more chance of a useful answer, and this is especially true when we are relying on translating your post into English.  Is Swedish at all similar to Danish?  We do have a Danish speaker on this forum.

Microsoft Translator gives us a different interpretation:

"My processed record is not active."

This could possibly mean there is an issue with the subscription not being active.
