desde quarta feira toda vez que abro qualquer aplicativo da adobe meu computador trava inteiro! até abrindo somente a creative cloud. 

outro problema é que uso conta da faculdade pois eles liberaram e agora o creative cloud fica me avisando que é pra eu fazer o período de teste das ferramentas e que não estou logada em plano nenhum!

desinstalei tudo quase do meu computador e ainda sim trava tudo.

mais alguem com esse problema?

We're sorry about the trouble with the apps. Would you mind telling us which Adobe apps are you using along with the versions? Also, please let us know which operating system are you working on along with your computers configuration? Did the crashes started happening after updates to the Adobe apps or the operating system?

 

If the entire machine is crashing, it might be an issue due to the computer hardware manfulctioning, an issue with the drivers or operating system as well. Please ensure you have all available operating system updates installed on the computer along with the latest drivers for the hardware from the manufacturers website.
