Hi everyone,

Ever since updating to the very latest photoshop (22.4.1) every file I open just appears as a bright green image, (attached screenshot for example)

photoshop is completely unusable (I sadly alway regret updating, yet I try to do it as that's I guess what we pay every month for...sadly I always seem to have a new issue though).

Does anyone know the best way to fix this, or can please tell me why this green screen is happening? Or am I best just re-installing an older version for now?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Does Zooming have any effect?

I turned it off and I can view images but will it affect editing photos?

Unfortunately this is no proper solution as it invalidates GPU dependent features (like the Rotate View Tool, 3D Features and some Filter acceleration for example) but it indicates problems with the GPU driver or the OS.
