I am using Photoshop 2019 on MacBook Pro Mid-2015.
When I try to open the Filter Gallery window on any photoshop file (big or a smaller file), I get this:
I should be able to see the options, but everything is black. Why could that be?
By the way, this started happening after I updated to Big Sur.
Photoshop cc 2019 may have issues with Big Sur. Adobe recommends users install the latest
photoshop version 2021 for the best experience even though there are still issues to work out.
I just updated to 2021, and it is fixed. But still, this is silly...
Translated: Update to software with known issues because the previous software has new issues.
Thank you, I didn't make the connection and was still using the old Icon for 2019. Fixed, Thank you!!
Have you fixed this problem? I've the same
Diid you ever fix it? Now I have the same issue, too...
Same problem here. A 2019 application that won't run properly on a 2021 operating system? Adobe has become a poor housekeeper.
