Get license Adobe Stock from Photoshop library

Last time used images from Adobe Stock was very east to get license form Photoshop with one click.

Now couldn't find the way to get the license from Photoshop.

If you have an Adobe Stock image in a CC Library that is not already licensed, then it should show the cart icon either over the image in Grid view or off to the right in List view. You can also right-click and select License image... from the contextual menu.

If you're having trouble searching for an image from the Libraries panel, make sure that you first have a CC Library selected. Then you can click the caret on the right to search in Adobe Stock instead of the Current library.

License the Adobe Stock asset from the Layers panel for Photoshop. In Photoshop, you can license the asset from the Layers panel. Right-click the layer of the asset and select License Image...,

It doesn't work this way or am I doing wrong?
