How can I do a graphic rendering of a photo, similar to what I posted?

What exactly you mean by graphic rendering? You can place objects including people and create cast shadows in Photoshop with no problem.

I'm new to Photoshop. I do not know how to add things. I want to add landscape features to one of my photos to show what the area would look like with them, but I have no idea where to begin to do so. Can you point me in the right direction?
