Green screen opening PS 21

Hi there, I can´t work with PS 21 as whenever I open it the screen is green and the photo does not appear. I changed nothing in the settings, suddenly it is showing like this. I deinstalled the program already. Nothing changed. 

Does anyone has a clue what this is all about?
