Has anyone else found the "helpful" intuitive tool selection to be annoying. If I select "move"  I want to MOVE, if I select text then I want to edit text. Not selecting move to edit text, is there a way to stop more software engineers that DON"T use the app from messing it up more? Stop with what you think are helpful updates, like the shift move for aspect ratio, what a dumb thing to change after, oh 25 years or so? Please stop with making it more helpful, you're doing it wrong.

Something's wrong here, there is no such thing. It sounds like a corrupt preferences file, try to reset it.
