HDR Pro, strange result

I've used HDR Por extencivly for a long time - and loved it. Suddenly it gives me strange result. 

My workflow: Start the prosess in LR with LR adjusted pics. 32 bit and final toning i ACR. CR2 files and PhotoPro.

My system: Win10/64, PS 22.4.1 20210518.r.211, NVIDA GTX 1660

Now it looks like it messes up and use the brightets part froem the britghtest pics and det dark parts of the darekst pics.

Now i started with merge to HDR in LR to get my work done.

What to do? What do I do wrong?

Could you please try updating Photoshop version 22.4.2 through the Creative Cloud app and let us know if it helps?
