How to create this effect

How do you create this shadow effect, the one on Armandina? Drop shadow looks different. It's more like extruded but it's not 3D. It actually reminds me of an old style drop shadow for my old video production effects software. See photo.

Try these settings or similar depending on your resolution.

Thanks. That didn't work. I"m getting a separation between letters and shadow. Notice there is no space between blue and brown shadows. I got better results with extrude using Illustrator. I'd like to know it this is possible in Photoshop though.

I think the image is too small for a meaningful assessment. 

Photoshop offers a 3D Extrusion option.
