How to open PDF in Photoshop without sticky notes?

When I open a PDF in Photoshop, sticky notes are rendered and rasterized, covering parts of the document. Is there a way to get rid of the sticky notes without having to manually delete them from the PDF before opening it in Photoshop?

Oh nevermind, I found that they're actually a "Notes" element that can be hidden and aren't rasterized.
