I can't cancel my plan

I had bought the photoshop plan, but I wanted to switch to the creative cloud all applications one. It won't me do it with another subscription, but when I try to cancel my plan, it says "You will be able to manage your subscription shortly", but I bought my subscription a few weeks back. How do I cancel it now?
