Whenever I go to create video layer to animate on photosop the option doesn't even show up under layers and I have tried to ask adobe support for help but the lady left without helping. I am in an animation and video projects class right now and I have assigments I have to do but I can't if this isn't working. Does anyone know how to help me?
Those features are not available on M1 based Macs if that's what you are using. Anything outside that will require specific information, including actual system information.
