Just recently I'm having a problem in Photoshop where the image I'm working on won't fit on the screen. Even if I do "View: Fit on Screen" it is as if the image is going down below the bottom of my monitor. I've changed no settings, so not sure why it started or how to fix. Even if I do "Zoom Out" multiple times, the image gets smaller but seems to remain stuck to the bottom rather than being in the center of the screen. I can't get to or work on the bottom of an image.
I'm updated to the most recent Photoshop 21.0.3 on Mac OS X 10.15.2
Update since first posting: This may be restricted to v21.0.3. I opened v20.0.8, and the image fits on the screen as expected, Fit to screen works as expected, and so does zooming in and out.
any suggestions welcome.

Yes! That may have fixed it.
I opened Photoshop; selected Preferences: General
Selected "Reset Preferences on Quit"
Quit
Re-opened Photoshop, reopened my image.
So far appewars to be acting as expected. Will keep an eye on it. THX

Same thing was happening in both 2020 and 2019, and the Reset worked - but why is this happening???
