Installing Problem

Hi.

When I open a photo in Camera  Raw,  and  process it, I am unable to open it  in Photoshop by pressing 

the "Open" key.

Photoshop opens for about 10 seconds,then closes.

I have deleted and reinstalled several times.

This happened when I updated my version of  Photoshop.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please try installing the latest version of Photoshop which is 22.4 through the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if that helps?
