Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I am not sure what else to do.
My son uses Adobe, mainly photoshop a lot mainly for school work- he is age 14 in full time education. He was on the educational rate package but I was advised we needed to verify his student status to continue the reduced rate.
I did this and have proof from the verification service it was done but adobe have emailed since to say it can't be verified and the cost has gone up to the full fee.
I have failed to contact anyone any other way to address this.
Any suggestions on how I can sort this out? He doesn't want to cancel the package but I am not willing to pay nearly £50 a month for it.
Many Thanks
