Am I the only one with this issue?

The files can be open for 5 seconds and the app crash. Hopefully there will be an update fixing this soon, my Photoshop is unusable now

Thanks

If you turn off your GPU in Preferences > Performance and restart Photoshop do you get the same issue?

Turning off your graphics card is only a temporary fix and points towards the underlying issue.

You will be missing some key functionality without a graphics card.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html

The larger issue is your graphics card (Interl UHD 620) no longer meets the requirements for current Photoshop builds.

You'll either need to downgrade to an earlier version of PS or upgrade your graphics card.
