Light Filters Stopped Working

Yes, I did the Adobe update. For an unknown reason, my light filters no longer work. What do I do?  Look at "2 light" first --- you'll see the light filter --- I don't even get the choices to move the light bulbs, etc. Now, look at "light 1" --- notice that it does not even attempt to retain the light blast. Suggestions?

Known issue, due to the changeover in rendering.

In the meantime, go to Edit (Photoshop on Mac) > Preferences > Technology Previews and check, "Deactivate Native Canvas." Click OK and restart.
