Hi, everyone, I am a Journalist and this time I have a question, I want to understand this issue.

I have the Graphics Card Enabled (RTX 2070 Super), 48GB of Ram (Capped at 32GB for PS), and the Lighting Effects part doesn't work since the last update.
Please, friends and experts, guide me and help me with this problem.

Thanks

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble while trying to use the Lighting Effect in Photoshop 22.4.3. Would you mind telling us what happens when you try using the tool? Are you getting an error or is the option greyed out?

Please ensure you have all available operating system updates installed on the computer along with the latest drivers for the RTX 2070 Super.

You can also try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
