migrate custom Actions from Photoshop

Hi,

I wish to migrate my custom Actions from Photoshop on my old Mac to my new Mac.  I do have on my old Mac an exported custom Actions file <Custom Actions.atn>. It had lived in a folder found in Library>Application Support>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop CS6>Presets>Actions. Interestingly, when I auto-search my Mac to find this file <Custom Actions.atn>, no such file emerges--nor does any folder titled <Application Support>, even though said folder is listed in the heirarchy of the filing of the Action file.

I can move said file to my new Mac. However, there too, if I I auto-search my Mac to find the parallel folder titled <Application Support>, there is none. My remaining alternative is to deposit the file copy within its existing <Actions> folder, residing in Adobe Photoshop 2021>Presets>Actions. But after doing so, even rebooting Photoshop, the Custom Actions from my old Mac are not available to my new Mac, which shows only the Default Actions within Photoshop. Advice? Thanks.

"which shows only the Default Actions within Photoshop. Advice?"

Not sure that I understand your problem correctly, hovewer... Have you tried to load custom actions placed (copy/pasted if I understand ) in Presets > Actions folder? If you see Custom actions in the list of "installed" actions (bottom of Actions panel menu list) try to click on list item to load them in the Actions panel.
