Moving CS6 Photoshop licence

I have cs6 photoshop installed on my old computer, I would like to transfer it to the new one but I don't know how to do it.
I don't have it in the boxed version anymore. Do I just read the serial number from "help/system info" and install it on the new computer or do I have to do it another way?

You deactivate CS6 on you Old Machine and you install  it on you new machine and activate it during the  install.  If yours CS6 Serial is for a Upgrade to  CS6 from CS5  you will need both your CS5 and CS6 serial numbers during the activation process installing CS6.

First you'll need to deactivate CS6 from the help menu
