My Photoshop doesn't open anymore

My Photoshop app doesn't open and it does it every day. I'm desperate. It is up to date with the latest version. I used it in the afternoon and when it opened again, it didn't open anymore. It stays in the background but doesn't actually run. I already uninstalled and downloaded again and it didn't work. Also already restart the computer and nothing. I tried to download the previous version and it didn't work either. I do not know what to do

Reset Preferences (not the same as reinstall)

Uninstall. Use the Cleaner tool. Reinstall.
