Hi Adobe PS team. Since the recent updates my Adobe PS has been down for over a week. Will you make payment plan adjustments for those who have lost time due to your issues? I'm running the most up to date version of Big sur.11.3.1 (20E241) I first ran all updates you posted since still with the program not opening in full (not responding) for over a week now with multiple attempts. I'm now trying to roll back to an older version.. Looking at the community 1000's of people are having the same issue. Please let me know what is happening. Thanks.
