Hi there,   Could you please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and click on the "Check for Updates" option on the top right corner. You should see the Photoshop 22.4 update, go ahead install it.    Let us know if see any error message.   Thanks, Mohit

Yes, doesn't update for me too.

So I am still on 22.2 because of GPU issue of 22.3. It's quite frustrating...

Tricks in Creative Desktop App did not work for me !

• Error 403 on 22.4 update or 22.4 install from scratch, after 22.3.1 uninstall

• Re-install Photoshop 22.3.1 work perfectly and 403 error on update re appear

22.4 Install or update still impossible.

Pareil pour moi, exactement le même problème.

Je pense qu'ils sont bien embêté chez Adobe, mais ça serait bien qu'ils répondent.

The issue has been reported here

https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/photoshop/update-ps-224-error-403/609eb8bf905ab2786c236...

Can I suggest that you all add to that thread, the feedback forum is monitored by Adobe engineers and the more people that report the issue the better chance you have of getting it fixed

That may be the case but this forum is not monitored by Adobe engineers, so the best course of action is to report it on the feedback forum and add to the thread using the link I posted

Try this,

Close Photoshop, create a text file with Windows notepad on your desktop and add the following 2 lines

# Force GPU On

GPUForce 1

Save the file as PSUSerConfig.txt

It should look like this

2021-05-15 13_47_09-Window.png

Copy the file to this location

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings

To access the appdata folder just type %appdata% into the file explorer address bar
