Hi there,   Could you please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and click on the "Check for Updates" option on the top right corner. You should see the Photoshop 22.4 update, go ahead install it.    Let us know if see any error message.   Thanks, Mohit

Je viens de faire la mise à jour vers Photoshop 22.4 . ça fonctionne. Mais maintenant, au bout d'un moment Adobe Desktop Service affiche une fenêtre demandant d'installez une nouvelle copie!!! ou de le fermer. ça se répète dès sa réinstallation!

Mise à jour Photoshop 22.4 faite après bcp d'essais infructueux, maintenant c'est Creative Cloud qui déconne.... Propose réparer, j'ai réparé, puis réinstallé, c'est toujours pareil

Après avoir consulté leur support et sur leur conseils. J'ai utilisé leur outil "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool" pour nettoyer le "Creative Desktop" et "Réparer fichier d'hôte". Après redémarrage de mon ordi et ré-installation "Creative Desktop", tout fonction. Problème résolu.

Comme javierP,

J'ai aussi utilisé le "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool", tout nettoyé et après un redémarrage de mon MacBook Pro (plus long que d'habitude d'ailleurs🙄) j'ai pu tout réinstaller, "Creative Cloud" et Photoshop dernière version.

Bonjour,

J'avias le même problème il y a trois jours et ce matin par miracle la màj en v22.4 s'est faite sans problème.

Par contre, maintenant c'est l'ap creative cloud bureau qui ne fonctionne plus, je ne peux plus lancer les applis par ce biais, je suis obliger de les ouvrir via le dossier applications.

Je suis sous macOS Big Sur.

je pense que le problème vient d'Adobe et qu'il faut être patient...

J'ai contacté Adobe par chat, ils m'ont fait tout effacer via AdobeCreativeCloudCleaner, puis tout réinstaller
