Pan and Zoom still slow in Photoshop v22.4 on Big Sur M1

Hello everyone, does anyone have any news about the slowed zoom? It's really annoying especially when i need to be quick in my flow, i know i can press Z and going by lens, but is not the same thing because pinching come naturally and is always a waste of time waiting for the zoom to complete the transition.

Recommendation is to reset the prefs manually.
